me too! I had my son 3 years ago next month and life has been thrown in to a whirl wind. I have had ppd and marital issues and I have blown up. I will be 29 this month and refuse to turn 30 still in the same place I am in. I have a great family, and two beautiful kids-but do not have weight loss support really other than…

Hi! I'm back and I have 80 pounds to lose! I'm looking for friends and accountability !:)
-
Thank y'all :)
-
I just read thru this and adjusted my weekly loss to a pound a week... I do eat back half of my excersise cals usually, Not always. I make shakeology replacement shakes, I usually have them for breakfast.
-
Thanks guys, I appreciate all your input! I take a multi vitamin and shakes already... I have just been hearing all the buzz about these programs and how good they are for you no matter where you are in your journey. I stay between 1200-1400 cals a day and workout 5-6 days a week...
-
You can add me as well! I am very active with friends on here and appreciate the same! I am down 70 and could not of gotten that far with out these guys! :)
-
Love my Polar FT4 and hubby really likes his FT7! Good luck!
-
Feel free to add me as well! I am 5'6'' started at 250 and now I am at 179! I have more to go as my goal weight is 150-145. :) Gooood luck!!!

I do LEs Mills Body attack, pump and RPM(spin) and I have lost 71 lbs total. But I had to find the right calorie intake for me. Usually 1300 cals and I lose the most. You have to fuel your body accordingly to your workouts. I also wear a polar and track my burns to be more accountable. I as well eat some of my calories…

Hadthis last night actually! I didn't believe that's how many cals are in it because it was so good!

I agree with everyone, I would not focus on weight but just on weights and building muscle.

I keep dropping my phone too and ripping the ear piece out of my ear, I really do not like that feeling lol... :)

Anyone??
-
For working out, I would definitely stay with the polar HRM.
-
Not at all. You need to truly be happy.
-
Do more squats. Practice your stand and train your body to do it correctly. When I started Pump it hurt the first few times then my body started adapting to it a lot better. Good luck!

Completely agree! If you want one for workout I will recommend Polar FT 4, it is very accurate and comfortable. There are other kids, but for accurate readings Iwould make sure they have a chest strap.

Cardio at lunch! Woot Woot   Then my evening workout will be at Spin class! Absolutely love it! Goes by so quick and its a killer workout!
-

I trust the Polar HRM above others. They have a great track record... I have checked accuracy several times and it is always been correct...
