I'm on Block 3 Week 3. I'm down about 10 lbs and 2+% BF. You have a choice of 4 programs. Classic (I suggest this 1), Lean, Mass and Doubles. You won't lift a lot of weights with the 1st phase. It's geared towards core, balance and stability. Stick with it. This program builds off the foundation of P90X2 which was awesome.…

You are not eating enough. If you're eating 1200 and exercising you have a net caloric intake below that 1200. God made our bodies for survival. Your body is saving the calories because it's not getting enough. Make sure your net never goes below 1200. Like I said to all the ladies in the wellness class that finished up a…

People hire personal trainer because they think it's a short cut. There is no short cut to this. It's eat right and work hard. We (I'm a personal trainer too), are educated and trained. Do what we say and get the results you want. That's all there is to it. I push my clients and follow their nutrition because it both sides…

Try this....Coffee - Truvia / Stevia and Unsweetened Almond Milk. 35 Calories and ZERO Sugar.

P90X3 is a great program for anyone. They have a modifier in every workout. Start by following the modifier and work your way to the others. You can do it. I'm in the final phase of P90X3 and it's great.

Kinda OK Advice with the exception that right after working out your muscles are primed for nourishment. A good quick absorbing protein and some carbs to rush those proteins to the muscle is ideal. I, like Jerry always workout fasted. Your liver stores about 20-30 minutes of energy (glycogens), once they are gone body fat…

Are you eating enough? How about your carbs...you may want to increase them a little.

Use the ADD and exercise feature and add it as Insanity - Fit Test

You're going to work hard for 25 min. You want people to see how hard you worked? Eat well. I really enjoyed T25.

My best was 22. I would like to hit under 20. I don't ever see me hitting teenager times...LOL
-
awesome job. Keep up the good work.

Your 1st mistake is thinking your calorie GOAL is a goal to come under. The deficit is already built in...you are supposed to eat that much and ANY workout calories you burn. I hope this helps
-
Holy Cow...super job there.
-
Last time I counted was during my 1st round of P90X and the 90 Day fit test. 77 was my number. I don't do a ton of pushups any more so I'm guessing maybe 60 or so.
-
Awesome Read. Thanks
-
It's you goal to eat that many, not come under. The calorie deficit is already built into the 1 lb per week goal you set. Also how you eat is important. Are you eating clean or Junk foods?
-
This. I'm in competition with myself. I ALWAYS try to beat my last best. Keep track of everything...how you gonna know where to go if you don't know where you've been. No my line but it's a good one.

Without seeing your food I'm going to say the answer is in your question. You're not eating back most of your exercise calories. You see...when you created your profile you told MFP how many pounds you wanted to lose per week so MFP created a calorie deficit for you. Most likely this is around 1200 or so calories. When you…

Awesome Job.

Nice Job. You look wonderful.
-
1 more thing...try a 40-30-30 macro eating plan.
-
your whole routine in counter productive. You're doing so much cardio that your burning muscle with in turn slowers your metabolism so that if you do less cardio you'll gain fat. My suggestion is a good solid weight lifting routine 3-5 days a week eating slightly over maintenance supplemented with 2-3 days a week of 20-30…

To date I have saved well over $4000 by eating healthy and exercising. I don't have to buy monthly blood pressure medication or Buy quarterly sleep apnea supplies. That's just on those 2 things. Stick to your guns.

You are a success story if ever there were one. Congrats man. WOW!!!
-
So you do all the above and only eat 1200 calories a day? If yes...that's your problem. You need to eat more. You are only netting between 300-500 OR NEGATIVE calories a day and your body is storing every calorie to survive. YOU HAVE TO EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT. Eat girl...eat.
-
fail...oops
-
1st congrats on your success so far...you're doing great. Let's start with seeing your food log. What is your maintenance calorie level? are you eating your exercise calories? How many calories do you burn doing exercise? Let's start there and see if we can get things moving again.
