yeah "set back" story is a better way to put it. mine is that i started here and lost 3 pounds but stopped going to the gym and eating fruits daily. started back a few days ago! so im back on it again.

hey! im in the same boat as you are. i lost a few pounds then lost my drive. its hard doing it alone but like the others said you can add us and find somebody on here to help you log your food intake and exercise and such. here to help

thats my plan. gonna start with small goals like loosing 10 pounds and inches etc. see how far this takes me 120 might be good for my frame. hopefully

its alright and actually no all the girls(my sisters) are under 5'2 and usually have trouble with weight. and the guys(my brothers) are over 6 feet lol and all athletes . quite ironic i drew the short straw and ended up being 4'10. just means i have to work a little harder to lose this weight since my family genes are not…

yeah exactly! i thought that 90 pounds sounded like a childs weight. but 4'10 is pretty short. and 88.5 ?? being small is not the greatest thing in the world lol :( i have alot of work ahead of me. thanks everybody for the answers i have a whole new view on this.

yeah i want to weight around 120 like you. i think my best bet is too just see what happens along the way like everybody else is saying. was just shocked that 91 pounds was recommended. didnt seem healthy to me.

lol yeah im supposed to be like 91-115 according to some weight calculator....that dont even sound like an adult but being 4 foot makes that my supposed weight. really sucks. nice to meet you alll

honestly ive been caught up in lbs before i read this! i see a major difference from your pictures. its so cool. i thought i would have to lose like 40 pounds to get inches off my waist and such. thanks this really motivated me :) cant wait for the dvd to come in the mail. i want a success story to share

depends what type of scale you used maybe. mine is faulty and often ups my weight then drops it then drops again then back to where it was lol. try using a friends scale maybe? if you think your scale is broke you can purchase another if you get the chance or money and see what happens. they have scales at gyms, i use that…
