ayee i seen you on tumblr! these results are awesome. im 4'11 and started at 177 now im 139 and cant wait til i get to 120 thats my goal weight. im starting to count my macros but its hard for me getting my carbs up too cause i dont eat breads or potatoes

i do a modified paleo diet basically i dont eat grains besides oatmeal and whole wheat bread. no pasta no rice and no potatoes esp. Most days out of the week, usually 5, i do kick boxing and sprint suicides and also just restarted jillian michaels 30 day shred for toning. looking to get down to 120 by late june and im 140…

this is soo awesome! makes me feel better that my weight loss progress is slow took me a year to lose 40 pounds but im still going! amazing progress and will to not give up on your dream. my goal is 120 as well but me being 4'11 im sure it might be adjusted :o

definition where? if you mean while lifting weights then try lifting smaller at maybe 70% of your max rate. i always lift light/medium weights and my arms are more cut than my brothers cause he lift heavy at like 95% of his max rate

my current eating lifestyle is centered around this diet. i dont eat bread, rice, pasta but i do eat oatmeal only. i lost 5 pounds in a week cause i was stuck at a plateau for 3 months and found i have an endomorph type body so too many carbs stop me from losing more weight. i plan to keep this up for a few months then…

to be totally honest i can barely even eat 1200 calories. it was a struggle getting there yesterday. ill look on this site for recipes and meal ideas though
