2000?? what? how? lol i cant eat that much in a day. i would feel like a blimp and im trying to lose weight not maintain my 150 pounds :/ plus im not starving myself i actually eat healthy all day. fruits/veggies salad with eggs and turkey burgers through out the week etc. but i guess i have no choice but to eat more. :/…

i usually eat about 1000 or 900 a day and i feel perfectly fine and i workout regularly. been this way since feb.

i agree with this. there is no way at this moment i could eat like 1600 calories i would die lol my body gets full eating an egg im just too small. making sure i see my doctor for a check up/physical so im not doing more harm than good.

i have always known eating too low is bad and can even cause you not to lose weight but i have lost 30 pounds so far doing this and i feel great so im not sure anymore

im working out 5 times a week. have 2 fitness classes(boxing and weight training) during the week day and gym so now i know i have to up my cals but i find it really hard eating over 1100.. thanks everybody for the help i learned ALOT

im just now finding out about BMR which is sad cause i been on my weight lost journey for a lil while now. according to it i should actually eat 1,375. ignorance is bliss now i need to buy more food lol. thanks for the helpful response

smoking causes several different cancers and disease so while youre lifting weights and getting muscles you are killing your insides. so id say not as healthy as you can be no...health is about longevity not just the here and now.

yes! with any workout program you need a rest day for your muscles to just recover and rebuild from all the strain the workout puts on it. 5 days a week is great but i go for 6 days and rest one day

its recommended to change levels when you feel you are comfortable with your current one. but i believe 10 days is enough time. so it would be 10 days level 1 10 days level 2 10 days level 3..some people will have a rest day(which you should) so adjust it to your own needs. may be easier or harder depending on your own…

im with you!!! lol using the same 3 pound weights as last time but this time does seem a bit harder o_o i think thats the good thing about this program. after finishing it we didnt just adapt totally so we can get a good workout again. my legs are burning! hope everybody else had a productive workout :)

its a dvd by jillian michaels designed to help you "shred" aka burn fat in a short amount of time while also toning your muscles like back and arms by using weights. i also sometimes have very bad breakouts cause i sweat so much during workouts. if all the above recommended dont help maybe try changing your pillow cases like somebody said your skin is different now that you are exercising so you could be releasing oils or sweat into your pillow while sleeping and that may cause some of…
