so its come to my attention that i have lost roughly 35 pounds yay! I say roughly because i know i started this a bit over 150 pounds.

and its been pretty much 1 year since i started this!
Ive done a variety of things to lose the weight, its been a looooong journey.
mostly just healthy eating, sticking to around 1300 cals, and light strength and cardio workouts 0 -

You look amazing well done. I have lost the same amount on myself and can see hardly no difference but then as I am a bigger girl it will take a while before it shows i guess
