I've been a massage therapist for 8 years and have never promoted massage as helpful for weight loss. i would also never confirm a client's belief on this. it definitely helps to promote healing and homeostasis throughout the body but that's a far cry from promoting weight loss. sorry lady, i don't…

i'm on my second round now using 5 pound weights. it took me about 45 days to do the first round, i think the rest days helped and i had a 5 day vacation thrown in but found that i came back and was even stronger!!!

yes!!!! i just lost an inch and 3/4 in the last month on 30DS no weight loss but i'm totally happy with those results!!

sweet! i'm noticing my measurements getting better but my weight goes up and down. this is a good reminder that the ultimate goal is body sculpting not just dropping weight :-)

i'm about to start level 3 today, i would say go ahead and try and do it but without the weights. the movement would be good for the muscle tissue but no weights would give the tissue a break from the hardcore tearing down that happens. also i highly recommend the calcium/ mag supplement to my clients ( massage therapy) it…

exercise! it's one thing my doc recommends...but i take meds too. also i'm sure you know food, but there's also massage, acupucture, counseling. i hope you don't ignore it just because you don't want to take something. there are a wide variety of options out there. good luck!
