  • Holy cow they killed my hips even with a blankie under me and on my yoga mat. iv only done each exercise once along with them and i can really feel the stretch in my arms actually and in my legs to, i know they say no pain no gain but ouchhhh lol please dont say its only me that had trouble with them today ??
  • havent done nowt today yet but then iv been at college all day, am just having tea and then once i get kids in bed i will be able to get on and do some, I have done just over an hrs walking today tho so have done some exercise at least.

  • Every monday morning, about 7am totally starkas having been toilet i jump on the scales, i take whatever weight it is, i then chuck my pjs back on and then come downstairs and log. I might jump on scales everyday after but i only log once a week or my graph would go up n down every day and would be a nightmare.

  • drink lots of water and try for a high protein day, itll help to rebuild the muscles u used yesterday. Did u warm up and cool down properly? and if u know u over did it too much then try not to next time. Aching is good but not to the point of real pain. Also make sure u eat some protein after exercising - a banana etc…

  • have never heard not to eat after exercise, its usually an hr or so b4 exercise if its a largeish meal but its actually better to eat straight after to keep protein levels up, plus u burn off cals quicker upto 1 hr after exercising
