  • Goal weight on April 30: 160 4/03: 167.0 4/09: 167.0 4/16: 4/23: 4/30: I have seriously been killing it at the gym and hiked 10.5 miles on Saturday, so was hoping there would be some change! But then again, I was a little to lenient with my food choices immediately before/after that hike.
  • I do a lot of different gyms classes, especially the Les Mills branded ones, Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Step, Body Flow. Anyone else doing those?
