As with what everyone else is saying you're not eating enough. If you are doing high impact exercising you're burning all those calories plus. Like others have said go slow. They also have youtube videos on how to work out from bed or in a chair. I would slowly get back into walking a mile + If you can maybe get an exercise bike. I've started running into my workout. I jog for 40 sec. then walk for 2 min. Jog for 40 sec, walk for 2 min. I do this for a mile. As it get's easier you increase the jogging and decrease the walking.

I was wondering the same thing as to how it is. the price of it is costly but was wondering how it was working for ppl. Also how do ppl like it with sleeping? Have you been sleeping better since being able to monitor you sleeping habits or have they stayed the same/worse?
