Yup - all this ^^ Is it possibly loose skin? After losing 120lbs myself I know that certain parts of my stomach will never look washboard flat, but the rest just needed more fat loss. Also, read the link above to So you want a nice stomach - Usmcmp's post changed my entire approach

So much great advice ^^^ I just wanted to add, that the scale is a lying SOB. Take measurements and take *kitten* load of photos along the way. For me, water masks most losses - I only really see a drop once a month, right before TOM, then I stay the same all month, drop, maintain, drop - its like the WHOOSH effect. Wait…

Cardio day - 5km run done. Couldn't find a happy pace, was too fast then too slow. Meh. But it's done. Man, I thought running the day after deadlifts was bad enough, but running with severe arm DOMS was sooooo much worse!!

There are any number of reasons why this might be - esp as a women. Water retention can mask any loss and that could be due to hormones, increase in exercise, sodium levels etc.
