keep up the good work!

Week 4, Day 2 and 3 done. Total Body Circuit is still super-hard for me since my upper strength is still pathetic, I even struggle with the downward dog. As a consequence, my arms are where I'm seeing the best results so far :) Lower focus is hard but OK, except for squat/lunge pulses... damn, they kill me every time!

5 x 45 done yesterday with some breaks 5 x 75... no way, too hard :explode:

Best thread title ever. And you look GREAT!

And when you'll finally be skinny, they'll be commenting on your t-shirt or your hair or something you said. Idiots never shut up, no matter how thin you are. Just love yourself.

Expect some soreness in the next few days. Then expect to get better every day! Some tips: - NEVER stop moving. If you can't keep up with Shaun go at your own pace or follow the modifier. If you can keep up 100% from Day 1 it's probably too easy for you. Just don't stop. If you feel like you're dying, hit pause and walk in…

Very nice idea! I'll post my before and after pic in my old jeans as soon as I find them. I'm not overweight but my belly has always been my weak spot! I'm currently doing T25, some walking, planks and standing crunches. February will be a hectic month, so I could really need some extra accountability.

Starting this week I'll shift my workout schedule. This week I'm going to do Sunday-Thursday, then from week 5 I'll workout from Saturday to Wednesday, rest on Thursday and stretch on Friday. It's an easier schedule for me to follow. Hence, I did both stretch and Week4 Day1 Cardio today. 90% nailed them :)

Does he log it as exercise?

Not standing: planking! 10x25 was pretty hard. Huuuuge breaks.

What's wrong with Saturday? Doesn't Saturday deserve a BUMP? Dayist!
-
Don't tell me about it! I quit smoking a while ago, and after dinner was the worst time for me. I did it anyway, be patient and stay strong :)

Same here! But it has to be exactly what I wanted. If it's Sunday and I want THOSE cookies that I can only find in THAT supermarket which is closed on Sunday, I won't binge on random cookies. I'll just be a nasty b**** all day

This. Counting calories might not be good for you right now.

BRILLIANT! Now, confession time. Last year I jumped on the bandwagon for about two weeks. I was very anxious and stressed and I was having a bad time digesting high-carbs meals. Then one day I ate some seitan (90% gluten) and I felt sick for hours. My brother has Chron's and he started with digestive issues too, so I was…

You should set to Active at the very least.

If you think your boyfriend isn't supportive, think about a friend of mine: her boyfriend is training as a pastry chef.

Same here!

My boyfriend hates chocolate, he doesn't like eating out and his fridge is pretty much always empty except for some meat and lettuce (I hate both), so his "support" has been invaluable so far. If we'll ever get married, trouble may arise

Awesome job!

Goodbye week 3! So far, so good. I'm slowly getting back in shape (-ish) and I love this workout and Shaun T. Three weeks of commitment are a huge achievement for me these days, so thank you guys :flowerforyou:

5x35 done, with a break after the first three sets. how's everyone doing? :smooched:

Some people just have absorption issues... When I lived with my parents I had to eat red meat every fday and I was still anemic. Now I basically ignore meat and I'm fine, I just take my iron pills and use birth control to reduce losses. You may have to try different supplements to find what works best for you. And yeah,…

350 kcal/100 g is usually the calorie count for dry pasta. Trust me, I'm italian

This is what worked for me... Thousands of knee pushups got me nowhere.

Well, I don't want to be the bad guy, but honey is sweet because it has sugar in it.

Yep, be patient. 4 pounds a week are actually too much if you are not severely obese.

4 pounds in a fortnight is great if you are at the end of your weight loss journey.
