5x30 seconds... NOPE! My shoulders are sore as hell and I could only do a couple... Not sure what I did wrong yesterday :( I'll make up tomorrow!

Many foods don't list their micronutrients, so you probably don't need a potassium supplement.

Carrots and sweet peppers + mushroom tartlets. <400 kcal

Week 3, day 3: Lower focus Squat hops will be the death of me but I did it!

Fat2fit uses the "eating for a future you" method, which basically means you should eat at your future TDEE and lose weight slowly on a moderate deficit, then eat those calories for the rest of your life.

Eat pizza IIFYM and get Adblock :drinker:

everything that has been said + http://www.fitnessblender.com/ Edit: FB had already been said :D then it looks like I'm useless here. Anyway, I'm doing T25 at home and I think it's great. Just find what works for you.

Last time I've been to Mc Donald's I picked a sandwich that really didn't look that bad. It was almost 800 kcals :noway:

This is 100% true and it works for me. But I must confess I mainly quoted because of Femshep. Anyway. Portion control is the key, as you probably read 9000 times. You can't avoid junk food forever and only eat 1000 clean calories for the rest of your life. Sooner or later you will have to learn moderation, so why not start…

Week 3 Day 2: Speed 1.0 90% nailed it!

Fourth date. He invited me over for dinner which obviously meant things. I was totally ok with that since I liked this guy a lot, but I was sort of living it one day at a time and I had no rush to make things serious. Turns out he had bought me a toothbrush in case I wanted to sleep over... It was sooo weird  We've…

Change your activity level to Active in MFP settings. It will give you more calories on a daily basis. If you're losing too fast or not losing, readjust your calories. You need to go through some trial and error, be patient :)

When I log my food I usually round up on the safe side so I won't have to weigh two peanuts if I want them. It works for me, but I usually try to avoid food-BLTs so it's no big deal.

Welcome week 3! Total body circuit done. I'm still terrible at the plank walk madness but I'm improving.
-
Wanna dance? Dance! Dancing is awesome and people will bla-blah no matter what. I was 25lbs heavier when I started ballet. Just be nice to your joints.
-
THIS! And birth control!

Tomorrow and yesterday done (4x40 and 4x45)... but I still need huuuuge breaks. I'll be working on reducing them.

Even IF Dukan was balanced and healthy, and it is not, it's just wrong. It teaches you that you can have unlimited amounts of some foods and you should ban all the other foods. This is just not sustainable in the long term. As long as you have reached your target weight and start eating carbs again you are in big trouble…
-
There's an app for that. Not kidding. My boyfriend always used it before buying a scale
-
Yesterday was rest day but I did T25 Ab intervals so today (4x40') was a pain... I had to take huge breaks. I'll do better tomorrow!
-
looks like our goal is pretty much the same, mind if I add you? :)

Same here! "Dark chocolate is good for anemia, I'll just have some more!" And, of course, our body KNOWS that the iron in spinach has low bioavailability

Sorry for not being nice, I just think that using a poorly researched supplement that potentially has the same effect of a psychoactive drug without supervision is not a good idea. There are tons of useless weight loss supplements out there and it's a fact that many people are willing to try anything, thinking "well, it…

I've just finished week 2 of Alpha. Focus T25 is a part of my bunch of New Year's Resolutions. I'm also eating at a (reasonable) deficit, eating more healthy stuff, walking more and doing some strength training, so I can't say that all the credit belongs to T25, but I really feel and look better every day.
-
Totally off topic, but I love your avatar :drinker:

Alpha week 2, day 5: done! I did lower focus in the am and Ab intervals right now. I didn't punch my stomach this time, I hope it works anyway lol. Keep it going!

It's not more "natural". You can't find 5-HTP in foods. Yu can eat foods that contain tryptophan, but very little will get to the brain and eventually become 5-HTP then serotonin. 5-hydroxy-tryptophan is a modified tryptophan that can reach your brain and increase your serotonin levels in a non-natural way, just like any…

Antidepressants are used for treating eating disorders because serotonin balance plays a key role in determining our mood and cravings. They do have side effects, so it's always about benefit-risk evaluation. 5-HTP probably has a mild effect, but you should be very careful anyway and ask yourself it it's really worth the…
