Alpha Week 2, day 4: Cardio. Almost nailed it ;)
-
I won't lie. My BMI is in the upper range of normal, my blood tests are OK and I don't look bad, I just wanna look awesome.
-
Same here!

Alpha week 2, day 3: Speed 1.0 Done! Almost nailed it.
-
I don't sweat much (lucky me!) so I don't wear one, but my workout outfits are usually funny. I wear old beer t-shirts or band t-shirts and I buy lots of sport clothes from H&M kids department... and I don't give a damn
-
Tuesday! It's close to Monday but not too close to the previous weekend :D
-
Alpha week 2, day 2: total body circuit. Done it! I still had to modify some of the crazy spider moves and hops but I feel great.
-
Day 9 done (3 x 35)... Ouch!
-
There is also something on fitnessblender.com, search for "quiet cardio".
-
Lovely! :flowerforyou:
-
When I'm home I sleep on my left side because I usually fall asleep while watching random TV series and my laptop is on the left side. When I'm with my bf I spoon him on my right side, so things are balanced

Day 9 done! (or 8... does the rest count as day 8? lol)
-
Week 2 has started! I wouldn't say I nailed it but I surely did better than last Monday. Remembering the moves is also a good advantage. Keep up the good work and have a focus-tastic week!

I took non-professional ballet classes for six years, now I just dance at home :) I miss it, but I moved and I can't find ballet schools which are not super-expensive and/or super-competitive.

Yogi teas are great! Choco, choco chili and Mint snack tea are my favourites, they really help with boredom hunger. I also drink a lot of fruit teas that taste great and help me drink more.

Do you have "firm" tofu? I let it marinate for a few hours with soy sauce, lemon and garlic then I dry fry it. Sometimes I add grilled/dry-fried cubes to my salads. As for silken tofu, I just add some pepper and eat it with a spoon!
-
I made them! I added some cocoa powder and whipped egg whites. Super yummy!
-
Same. And I don't weigh everything, if I buy a 500g bowl of yogurt, which normally lasts for a couple of days, I won't weigh it everytime I eat some, I'll just guesstimate and check that I ate 500g when it's over. Same goes with pretty much everything that comes in a package.

WHY isn't this sticky?!
-
Not really in topic, but a few months ago I had a "fight" with a friend that was 100% sure that if you have a boy the second baby is likely to be a girl.
-
Maybe she thought it was water weight.
-
Yummy! I'll try!
-
Day 7 beginner done. Ouch! I had to take a slightly longer rest this time.
-
Day 5 almost done. Lower focus was OK but I couldn't do Cardio back to back so I'm going to do it tomorrow!
-
Day 5 is done. I really struggled with this one because I did T25 Ab intervals yesterday and I'm still a bit sore... But this means I'm getting stronger, right? ;)

My mom's scale always takes some pounds off, it's great for self-esteem! As long as you use the same (accurate) scale every time you weigh in, you're fine. And remember: clothes never lie!
-
Awesome. Just awesome.
-
This guy never heard about portion control.

Same here... And it took 24 years to figure it out because of all the pro-breakfast terrorism. Having five small meals on a caloric deficit was a nightmare, sometimes I found myself thinking "how long until snack time?!". Now I just wake up, have a cup of coffee and I don't even think about food until lunch.
