Day 4 alpha done. My abs will hurt like hell tomorrow, but it was definitely a breather!

Day 4 beginners done. Can't wait to try 40 seconds tomorrow!

Vitamin C will help you absorb iron, so pepper, kiwi, oranges, berries and so on. I always sprinkle a little lemon on my salad and in my water. I'm still anemic but it really helped me. Reducing my huge espresso intake also helped. By the way, don't pay too much attention to MFP micronutrient macros, because many foods…

Banana has a lot of dihydrogen monoxide in it so no thanks.

Day 3 beginner done. Things are getting serious... and I like it

Day 3 Alpha done (total body circuit). I'm still alive and that's good :drinker:

+1 I've been on two different pills and on nuvaring but I never gained weight because of BC. In fact, my weight loss would be harder without it because it's been doing miracles for my iron deficiency and now I can exercise regularly. That doesn't mean that weight gain while on BC is a urban legend, this is just my personal…

I started t25 yesterday and I'm not a fitness monster, so I know how you feel. You do not have to keep up with them, you have to do it at your own pace. Modify, go slower, take a break if needed. Besides, I think that the stretching at the end is not even remotely adequate (at least for beginners), I need at least 15 more…

Day 2: Speed 1.0 done! Definitely easier than day 1. My calves are a bit sore from all the hops, but I hope I'll be ok tomorrow.

Of course they can't do that on their own, because your body was designed to digest nothing but pizza. Count me in!

Like everyone said: one step at a time. You don't have to do everything at once, and you are not alone.
-
Day One done! Definitely NOT "nailed it" but it's ok, I'll get better ;)

MFP sugar limit is just plain stupid if you are healthy and you happen to like fruit. Forget about it.
-
Day one done for me too (I took the beginner route). So far, so good :)

I was planning to start T25 soon, but since I saw this thread I'm definitely going to start today!

Cauliflower, mushrooms and emmenthal cheese. <200 kcal (don't worry, I'm eating more later!)
-
Paprika. Paprika everywhere.

Coordination is not (only) a matter of fitness: it's about teaching your brain how to do something. You need to repeat a motor pattern if you want to learn it, just like kids fall countless times before learning how to walk. At first they have to focus and think about every move, every part of the movement, then they just…

You are my clone! :P

Hello there! I'm here for the plank challenge but I'm also up for future challenges if there will be any! I'm kind of a chronic quitter but being in a group always helps. :)

Talk to your ob/gyn. I don't think you should begin a DIY weight loss journey while breastfeeding. :) Welcome to MFP!

Either way is fine to me! Can't wait to start : )

Happy birthday! Your birthday is your own Christmas, so be super-nice to yourself :)

Couch and cookies can be a valid support to get through a a rough day, but eating healthy and exercising help a lot on the long run. Starting is hard, but the results will be tangible. Also, having a routine will keep you focused and busy. Set up small goals so you won't fall in the "I'll never do it, so why bother" trap.…

Look at the post above!

I'd love to!

I didn't make the veggie burgers :( They're made from spinach, tofu and rice. I may try some reverse engineering someday because they're really tasty. Unfortunately I buy them in Italy! The mini-pies are home-made and very easy, here's my recipe (for 2 people): 400 g potatoes 150 g fresh champignon mushrooms 2 slices of…
