Looking for advice. I work in a very fast paced enviroment, Emergency Department, working 12 hour shifts, usually 3 in a row and I maybe sit for 1 hour a day. I feel I burn a far amount of calories but I dont know how to track them. Would it be beneficial for me to wear my polar fitness watch while working?

Any advice would be appericated.

Thanks

Change your activity level to Active in MFP settings. It will give you more calories on a daily basis. If you're losing too fast or not losing, readjust your calories. You need to go through some trial and error, be patient :)

^^^This. Exercise = workouts. Everything else is your activity level.

You can put walking in as an exercise on MFP as you will probably know. Especially if you are losing weight, I would underestimate on time when putting into your diary, so not to overcompensate.
