T25 is a very good and intense workout, but you need to eat at a proper deficit to see results. 30 lbs in 10 weeks is probably an unrealistic goal anyway, unless you're very overweight.

They see me hydrolizin' ATP, they hatin'

You filthy cheater! Get out of here! Just kidding: congratulations. It's a huge success. Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:

This. I quit smoking two months ago. I struggled with all sorts of cravings at first... and pretty much lost the battle. I gained 5-6 lbs. Now the cravings are gone (I may still crave chocolate/pizza/whatever from time to time, but it happened before quitting too) but I can workout harder and longer. Guess what? I'm losing…

When I first tried 30 Day Shred back on January I almost died after the first five minutes. Today I tried Level 1 again and it was almost BORING!

Yesterday I had dinner with my mother. I ate a lot, and it was "bad" stuff. The old me would've weighed in today and cried about the gain, but I just looked at the mirror and thought "damn, I look good, the hard work is paying off"!

It's pretty similar to my mom's apple pie and I love it! She also adds cinnamon :)

Keep up the good work, girl!

I had this problem during first week of Alpha, I guess it's because of all the hops. Lots of careful stretching before and after the workouts did the trick. I also had to modify some of the moves. I'm in Beta too but I admit I'm not following the schedule 100% like I did with Alpha. Spring is coming and it makes me want to…

Wow! Thanks :drinker:

I'm not a planner, but I started to plan my meals and it's helping me a lot.

yay.

I'm in too!

That is some AMAZING body recomposition! I am exactly 5"3 and 140 lbs but at a higher bodyfat% (I never measured it but I bet it's at least 30%) and your pics are a great inspiration! Congrats!

Not weighing for the entire week ;) I'm planning to weigh in on April 1st and not a minute sooner.

I have a 10$ digital scale and it's all I need. Eyeballing is still important if you eat out a lot, so I try to eyeball my portions then check with the scale. Ok, I'm not doing this everyday, only when I have time to waste ;)

+1, same for me. I started at 1200 calories then I upped to1500 and now I'm losing more, because at 1200 I become lazy and lethargic, skip workouts and occasionally binge.

I'm using the TDEE method and I only eat a bit more if I do some unexpected heavy exercise (i.e. shoveling snow) and I feel hungry after that.
-
Good morning guys! How are you doing? I'm on day 8 and I feel awesome :) I haven't been scale-free this long since... forever!
-
Yes, I have been down that road. I quit smoking two months ago and I gained back 5-6 lbs while exercising and counting calories because I felt hungry all the time and I cheated a lot. Anyway, I couldn't be happier! First week was HELL, first month was hell-ish, now I'm fine. Seriously! I don't even think about smoking…

2.5" inches is A LOT! great job!

I'm on Day 6 and I really feel relieved. I'm tempted, but it's not that hard to resist so far. Keep going!

1500 here! (but usually over... lol!)

hey, I'm a pro too!

OMG it must be a pain.

I'm in!

Mushrooms rock! And you're lucky, I saved the recipe in MFP so I don't have to guesstimate :) Crust is made with 40g instant polenta (which is basically boiled cornmeal, but I used less water to make it thicker and dough-like). The stuffing is made with 150g white mushrooms (dry fried with 60g of low-fat cream) and 30g…

My last day was yesterday and I won't even look at the scale until April 1st... A bit more than 30 days but it can't hurt for sure! If it works, it's never dorky :D
