After Day 1 of Beta I had to take a short break because of lower back pain. I'm terrible at sitting down properly and basically I injured myself while studying! I kept myself active with some walking and stretching, I hope to get back to 100% soon :) Core Cardio was a blast anyway. I love the new moves! :flowerforyou:

Low fat yogurt, ricotta cheese with cocoa, whole wheat crackers. I'd rather eat fruit as a part of my main meals because it doesn't keep me full. I need some protein in my snacks.

Think about how dirty you books will get! (studying without eating is borderline impossible for me. Recreational reading is not a problem, but studying makes me hungry as hell, so I think about how expensive my textbooks are!)

I only watch TV while cuddling or in my bed right before falling asleep. If I don't know what to do after dinner I'll play videogames, read or knit. I'd really love some popcorn at the movies, but the smell is too strong and it makes me somewhat nauseous, I guess I'm very lucky.

I did it for a while, but at the time I was running A LOT, which gave me tons of extra calories and suppressed my appetite. Now I'm focusing on strength and I couldn't do it anymore.

From what I've read on the interwebz TDEE-25% is pretty aggressive but it really depends on how you feel about it. (I can't believe I have only ONE Total Body Circuit left... I'm almost crying. I'm pretty sure I'll find something else to hate in Beta, though. Just reading "Upper focus" makes my arms burn.
