Ok so what are some examples of resistence training? My goal is to shed pounds & then start toning my legs & stomach. I would consider myself over weight, pear shape.

Yes, i see that it adds up according to scale. I definitely see a difference from my waist it used to be smaller. But my backfat was the motivation for me to get it together!

I loved jillian m. 30 day shred! When i started i already had lost about 15 pounds so her dvd mainly made my waist smaller thats where i saw most of my results. I plan on doing this again!

I had pictures of my before & after on my old phone but none on this one. I definitely saw a diff in the -15. So im excited to see how much the difference between now and my -30 will look!

I said before & i said it again REGARDLESS of people's opinions iam STILL going to lose weight. You guys keep implying that I said I was ok with my weight & looking for validation in what others were saying. Please stop that.

I just want to clear something up. I never said that i did not want to lose weight. You guys are misunderstanding the post. My question was i wonder where the weight was going. Regardless of others opinions of thinking i look decent or good, im still losing weight because I want to, lets clear that up :)

Yes i agree, because looks are decieving indeed. Especially in my case. i can imagine how small i will look once i reach my goal of 140.

I NEVER said that i did not want to lose. If that were the case i would not be on mfp right now. What i was implying was wondering where the weight was going.

Yes, youre right it also depends on body types. I was just very curious to as where it was going. I noticed that i definitely gained weight in other areas but nothing drastic, although the scale says differently.

To add im 5'5 , it really doesnt matter. I wouldnt be trying to lose the weight if i listened to other people judgements. They say i dont need to lose, i believe i do.

My fast food craving went away automatically, its been 2months for me & i still dont have the desire to eat that crap: maybe because im so determined. Eventually you'll care less about the artificial burgers & chicken soon :)
