Hey guys! Not new to MFP, but i am starting my journey once again. This time i am trying to make it my lifestyle, instead of losing the weight & then stopping. My question is, do you think its worth it to Go premium? Thanks!

Food scale
i think i keep breaking the food scales i get (two) because they keep weighing food incorrectly. Does any one know what im doing wrong? Brands : Ozeri & eatsmart

Getting toned and burning (cardio)
If i lose weight & resistence train, by time i reach my goal will my muscle tone show how i want it? Cw:175 Gw:140 Height: 5'6

Can i do both? Or one at a time?
I recently just started working out again. Iam trying to lose 35 pounds. Right now iam doing strictly cardio, but i wanted to know can I incorporate building muscle too? ( working on stomach, legs) Or do i have to wait until i shed the fat first? Cw:175 Gw: 140

How come some people are naturally fit?
How is it that some people bodies seem to look fit and they never workout what so ever? I know a couple ladies that have full on abs and muscular looking legs that never attend the gym? If thats genetics god bless them

Why dont i look as much as i weigh?
hello everyone, Last yr i lost 15 pounds starting at 170 down to 155. I gained all weight back by becoming lazy plus 5 more. The only thing is you really can not tell! Ppl think i weigh around 150! So my question is if it isnt visible where is it?

too much or too little calories ?
Curious, my current goal of calories is 1450 Cw:170 GW:140 am I eating enough calories to lose weight ? Btw I workout 6x a week of cardio jogging/walking at least 2-4 miles Height 5'6 Body type : pear shaped

calf heaviness
Just curious, does anyone calf start to feel heavy when they run? Or is it just me?

is anyone else scared to weigh their self
I've been changing my eating habits for almost a month now, I eat about 1500 calories or less a day & go walking/interval training 6x a week for about an hour or a lol longer, but I'm so scared to weigh myself and be disappointed . Has anyone else felt like this?:frown:
