too much or too little calories ?

Curious, my current goal of calories is 1450 Cw:170 GW:140 am I eating enough calories to lose weight ?
Btw I workout 6x a week of cardio jogging/walking at least 2-4 miles
Height 5'6
Body type : pear shaped

    You don't really provide us with your height, your body type, any type of guesstimate of your body fat % nor what you are doing 6x a week...

    Is that current cal goal you have total or net calories? If it is net then you may be alright, just need to see how you feel and not be afraid to up it just a bit when need be to avoid the binge. If it is total then I think you are a bit low. You could probably get away with it for some time but your energy levels are going to get zapped eventually.
