  • The weekends are brutal for me and I almost never log in to mfp. I'm not sure if I don't want to see what my cheat day looks like calorie wise or what, but I barely log in from Friday night on. I have to get better at it...
  • Honestly I think the BMI is only good (not perfect) for kids under the age of 18. It's not meant for fully developed men and women especially if you using it to measure somewhat athletic individuals, or someone who lifts weights.
  • Trying to get active...but have been lazy for a long time. I've been taking the kids for walks on saturdays and then we usually stay outside for a while and just do something active. Its amazing how much fun it is just to go out in the backyard and play tag with my boys. Have to stop making excuses and go out and do it.
  • I run from the basement up to the second floor and back down. I do it 15-20 times and its a gasser. You can slow the pace down and increase the time, but it is a great workout in a pinch.
  • 6'5" 303 when I started MFP (for real) now 299, and goal is somewhere between 240 and 250.
  • Stay away from carbs and sugars (sauces on meats) for dinner. Don't worry to much about fat and protein, and usually that makes dinner easier. Just grill/dry fry or bake some meat (lean beef, steak, chicken, fish, etc.) and steam some veggies. They have these steamfresh veggies that you can microwave in 5 minutes and you…
