Tanita scales are great, I have had one for 12 years and is still accurate, just don't pay attention to what it says for bodyfat, wicked innacurate.

That happens to me when I am either dehydrated or hormonal, if I am on my period I tent to get light headed during my workout, and I do have to stop and go get something to eat, nothing to worry about ...

Buy a jump rope , cheap and easy to do, by yourself, push up's, sit up's , jumping jacks ect ... You have to want to do it!

Yes , I am 130 and try to eat 1500 a day with 5=6 days of exercise a week, it is the right kind of calories that matter, you cannot out train a bad diet, make sure you are getting proper nutrition ..

I'd address the quitting of smoking, when you smoke your heart rate is accelerated from the nicotine , which can burn calories , when you quit you don't have that faster heart rate thing going on anymore. Just my opinion.. Hang in there keep doing what your doing add in more weightlifting, add more muscle...goodluck

Unless you had an underwater bodyfat test done, you won't know how much muscle x fat ratio you have...Focus on weightlifting, go heavy , no baby weights, add in more protein either by shake's or lean protein, eat clean. Your body reflects what you put into it and what you do with it.

You are not eating the proper kind of calories, way to much processed food. No white bread, no rolls, no poptarts ect.. Eat clean the fewer ingredients the better. Give it 6 months for your body to adjust , along with weightlifting/exercise..Plus a clean diet, see what work you can do on your own, then if loose skin is still there go for it.. I have had 3 babies 2nd one I gained 60 lbs, and with diet and exercise I got my ab's showing again.. Put in some work & time 1st , goodluck

Hi, 1200 calories is on the low side. No way of knowing what kid of calories you are eating your diary is closed still. I myself have a hard time eating between 1200-1500 a day , but I try and it is healthy food. heavy walking lunges, heavy squats... unless you are really overweight cut back on the cardio, focus on building muscle...the *kitten* will come :)
