Hi , well first you should add sodium & fiber to your diary. Some of your foods I do not know what is in them, that said I see very little complex carbs, healthy fats, green veggies.. You should eat more protein at breakfast. Less fruit more green veggies, fresh greenbeans, spinach..nut's, avocado, oatmeal...

I would add protein shakes to your meal plans, one after working out and on in the afternoon.

I am 5'6" and I weigh 129, I have had my bodyfat tested at under water way and it was %16 , so it will just be what weight you feel good at, I like to stay on the leaner side myself, if you can find at place that does the underwater testing that is the best most accurate way to test..:smile:

Nothing will happen all of those items are healthy fat's, they are good for you in small amounts, I can't even fathom how it must be for you to deal with body issues every minute of every day.
