Yes I do! I actually just recently started my blog and would love some new friends/followers to support me through this adventure of weight loss. Thanks for looking! :) I'm on my phone in a waiting room now but I will check out the other links posted this evening. http://honeyishrunkthemom.blogspot.com

Fantastic! :)

I completely agree! I did it with my husband and our two teenagers and we had a blast!

If you think wine affects you that way then don't drink it. But ... my honest advice is to stop weighing yourself more than once a week and on your weigh in day, make sure you weigh at the same time of day every week. For example, on Monday morning I get up, go to the restroom, walk to the kitchen to start the coffee pot…

Excellent! Great results! :)

Virtual high five!!!!!!!!!!!!! You go, girl! I would never have been able to do what you did but I am SO proud of you for doing it! Awesome!

Fish. I won't say seafood because I do like shrimp prepared certain ways but other seafood ... I can't get past the smell.

First of all, what did you eat? And what is the number of carbs you are set at? I can't imagine what you could have eaten that would send you over your entire daily limit of carbs (?)

If I went with the "log as I go" approach, I would grab junk most of the time. It's not something I'm proud of but the reality is, I know myself, and I know myself well AND I have learned what it takes for me to succeed. Planning my day gives me something to use as a guideline. I don't always stick to it to the T; I may…

:) WTG!

I weigh myself first thing on Monday mornings. I wake up, use the rest room and step on the scale. Never compare your morning weight to your evening weight; they will not be the same.

I use a heart rate monitor to determine the number of calories I burn during a workout. I don't have this DVD but it is one that I've considered picking up; I've always liked Kathy Smith. :) This won't help answer your question (sorry!) but if you don't mind me asking, how do you like it?

Hi Robin! I will send you a friend request. Good luck to you! Remember what you said, you have to want to do this because YOU want it. I think that many of us who have struggled with our weight have been on that vicious cycle: Try to lose Gain Try to lose Gain Give up Gain more Try to lose again Give up etc. etc. etc.…

I have a lot to lose as well and it was about 35 lbs. when one person finally said something. As I'm getting close to 50 lbs. lost I'm finding more people are noticing.

Get a couple of the Pack It lunch boxes that you keep in your freezer. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=pack+it I have more than one so I can let the other one freeze more than 24 hours before I need to use it again. I take stuff for salads, stuff for sandwiches (keep a wrap in a…

At the risk of seeming silly, I admit that I don't get this.:embarassed: Can someone please explain how this works? I entered my info on the first screen and and then I get to the macro calculator ... I don't know what to change. I changed the top box to "faster weight loss" and it shows a loss of -.94 per week. Well less…

Correction: I left off carbs from my list! I track: Calories Carbs Fat Protein Fiber Sodium The only thing that I am extremely specific about keeping in check is calories, but I keep a good balance on everything else for the most part. I go over on sodium occasionally but I don't want to go waaaaay overboard on that and…

I track: Calories Fat Protein Fiber Sodium The only thing that I am extremely specific about keeping in check is calories, but I keep a good balance on everything else for the most part. I go over on sodium occasionally but I don't want to go waaaaay overboard on that and end up with bloating (especially near weigh-in day!)

Yes!!! :) You can do it!
-
Woohoo! :) It's the little things, isn't it?!
-
I did the same thing! I lost 39 lbs. with WW and switched over to just tracking calories and have been very successful since!
-
Every morning I sit down and have a cup of coffee and log the entire day. Pre-planning keeps me on track.
-
Planning my day is what works for me. By 9am I have logged what I am going to for the entire day. I plan for all 3 meals, an afternoon snack and an after dinner snack. I don't leave it up to chance that I won't binge when I feel like a snack or have an extra helping when I sit down to dinner. Since I've pre-tracked it all…

You don't need to use an entire tablespoon! I always measure it out and I use 1-2 TEASPOONS at the most for sauteeing veggies or cooking meats. Nothing is good to just " open and pour" except for plain ol' water! ;)

Frappe made with Click protein powder Salsa and "chips" (Chips are made with lavash bread cut into pieces and tossed with 2 tsp. olive oil and sprinkled with kosher salt. Bake at 400 until crispy; just a few quick minutes) Boiled eggs (I usually stick to the whites and toss the yolk) String cheese with some fruit Cucumber…

I haven't given up a single thing. :) Everything in moderation. ETA: I take that back. I have stopped drinking soda since I started losing weight but that waisn't because I thought it would help aid my weight loss. I just decided that I was addicted to it and it was far too expensive for me to continue drinking Diet Coke…

I don't post on every single thing my friends post, but I do like to comment and encourage my friends and really enjoy the same! Feel free to add me. :)

I love WW because the Points + plan really DID teach me HOW to eat. I try to get in the good health guidelines on a daily basis (of course I do not always succeed with that, but it's a goal I shoot for every day). I recently ended my W W subscription and am tracking solely on MFP now. I feel like it's working for me AND it…

I think it depends on what you're eating. Are you eating "empty calories?" There are some things I eat that every day that actually help me to stay satisfied are: 2 dairy servings a day 4-6 fruit and veggie servings a day (not 4-6 of each, but 4-6 total.) 2-3 servings of lean protein 2 servings of healthy fat whole grains…

Just some "food for thought": If you ate a nutritionally balanced diet you would not be so tired that you sleep 1/2 of your day away.
