I was wondering about this, as well. Some housework I do is very strenuous and tiring and I sweat more than I do whenI excercise..and so tired afterwards I may not wanto excercise!. I know once the snow melts and Spring really begins here, ill also be doing some yard work and gardening

Hello, I'm Susan and need motivation!! Been trying to tlose weight for 4 years, now but keep gaining! I eat healthy and excercise, do a lot of walking (biking in warmer months). Maybe joining a group would help :) I'm also 50 so it may be harder for me
