I'm not planning to do one right after either. Your goals for doing the C25k plan is just that. YOUR GOALS. You accomplished what you set out to do with this program and if it doesn't set right with you, you shouldn't feel pressured to do something that isn't in you to do.

Or you can try Pop Chips. They kind of remind me of the Special K cracker chips but they're better tasting.

Also Pop Chips. They're really good. Instead of baking or frying the potato, they pop it. I know that sounds strange but they're pretty good and low in calories.

Very awesome. My starting weight was 374 so I understand perfectly how you feel. I have the same kind of goal like you and I'm determined to reach it as well.

^^^^ This. I'm doing C25k and it's a good transition to running. I'm jogging pretty slow, kinda the speed of a speed walk but I'll work on speed after I get the endurance. I can do about 2 miles now.
