How do you prefer your Zumba.......
Live class, DVD's or on Wii and how often do you Zumba? I prefer live classes in my gym but the DVD's come in handy when I can't make it to the gym. I do it at least 3 days a week.

Emotional Eating sucks: back on the grind!!!
Well Monday was my birthday so I was happy and I had a lot of happy food. Tuesday I was kind of sad. Friends can let you down sometimes. My 3rd day
I did it this morning before work and I'm getting better. At first I couldn't even do one modified push up. (Yes I'm that out of shape). Today I did about 7 of them. And today I almost finished the entire workout whereas before I only did about halfway.

Running and 30DS
The founder of this group also had a C25k group. I was kind of behind so I thought I will jog and do 30DS everyday. Mmmm no. I'm not in that kind of shape. But I found a 10k training program in which I run for 3 days and cross train the other days. I'll do the 30DS on my cross training days and see how that works out.

how often do we use it
I got the DVD yesterday and I looked at it today and I was wondering how many times per week are we supoosed to use it. It didn't say nothing about that on the DVD.

I love Zumba
I live in Hampton, Virginia. I go to One Life Fitness and they have Zumba classes there. I try to go at least 2x a week. I would go every day if I could. I work at a hospital and they also have Zumba classes there. I go to them on occasion.

Wow so I can't donate blood again
So about a month and a half ago the Red Cross had a blood drive at my job. I was unable to donate because I was slightly over the 350 lb weight limit that they had. And today they had another blood drive at my job. So I figure, I'm under 350 pounds today it should be no problem. Well they take my blood pressure this time…

Looking to complete my 2nd half marathon
Exactly 10 years ago on the Labor Day weekend. I completed my 1st half marathon (the Rock and Roll 1/2 in Virginia Beach). A new guy
I just started MFP yesterday. I am 6' 365 lbs. I would like to ultimately be down to 225. I would like to get in shape so I can run a half marathon by the end of this year.
