There's a really good group on here called Insanity/P90x the game changers. It's really good although I don't participate like I ised to. Some of my most encouraging my fitness pals i met on that group.

Good job. I'm doing Insanity now and I was wondering if I was too big to do P90x. You answeredy question. I just might do it after I finish Insanity.

Substituting protein powder for flour, never thought about. Sounds interesting.
