anyone know how to add insanity to my excercise logs?D:

  • Just add the exercise as new, its what I did and I used a HRM to add my calories. Easy peasy!

    That's right.... Best way is with an HRM.... Nothing will beat that.

    Just what everyone else said, Heart Rate Monitor would be best because we all go at different paces.

    I wore a HRM the first time I did Insanity and entered it in MFP. Now, I just use the minutes and let MFP figure it out. I never eat back all of my workout calories so I don't REALLY care how accurate it is. I use my HRM as an excuse to NOT exercise if I forget it when I travel-- and when it loses my heartrate, I get irrationally upset.
