72 Pounds gone w/ Pic

The first pic was taken on October 21st last year, about 10 pounds into my journey at 340 lbs. The second pic, which coincidentally is almost the exact same pose was on Jan 13 when I was at about 284. So far I have lost 72 pounds.     It is, my watch is actually too big now, whereas it used to be tight.

    Thanks for the kind words everyone. This journey is tough and we can all do it, we just have to keep looking forward and push through the barriers that would normally make us quit.
