It would be a failure if you totally gave up. The person who says I tried once in 1953 to be healthy and gave up are the "failure" and even they have a chance to get back up and get on a right path. You totally got this.

I haven't been consistent with the 30 DS but I was able to complete the entire level 1 workout whereeas before I wasn't able to complete it.

Yes. I'll jog outside more when it cools down. Mostly I use the treadmill at the gym. Ooh you guys are my heroes. I'm in a dead end job and I'm becoming addicted to fitness. Can see myself becoming a Personal Trainer or dietitian one day. Just don't know what direction I want to go into. I guess I'll figure that out as continue to lose weight and eat better.
