  • Thanks for the support. My diary is open. The reason why I was limiting my protein was because that's what the MFL said. They said I needed 48. gm. Well most meats are high 20-30's gms. Even milk. I don't quite get when they make such a good web site why the values should be off. Appreciate your input. :smile:
