Barbecue chicken (crock pot), beef baked rice, mixed veggies, and grapes.

I'm having a burrito of sorts...low carb wheat wrap, pinto beans, small sprinkle of Mexican cheese, onions, and salsa...with a golden delicious apple. :) Filling and only around 350 calories total.

I do something similar and I crave it too! Right now I'm eating spaghetti squash bake for lunch. Steamed spaghetti squash, turkey bratwurst, onion, mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, mozzerella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Sooooooooo filling and soooooooo yummy!!! <3

It took me about 5 months. I'm at 34 lbs. lost now and want to lose 45-50 more.

I actually did flour tortilla for dh and the children when I made chili and they loved it- especially dh :)

I take an LA Tortilla Factory low carb wrap, cut it into wedges with a pizza cutter, spray with Olive Oil Pam then bake until lightly crisp. Only 80 calories for the whole bunch! :)

Oatmeal with raisins, stevia, and a splash of 1% milk. And coffee!

I just posted mine in the recipe section, lol. I steamed half of a small spaghetti squash (around 1 cup after I shredded it). Put that in a pie plate that I sprayed with olive oil spray. Guess I should have added...I've been serious about my lifestyle change since the beginning of May and have lost 32.5 lbs. total so far.

I am 43 years old, weigh 198, 5'4" and MFP has me set at 1450. Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories, sometimes half, sometimes not at all. I only use them if I'm really hungry and needing that extra bit. I also just started zig zagging my calories this week using the calculator on freediet.com. We'll see how it goes.…
