Our 21 yr old son grilled a ton of chicken last night, so tonight I'm making a big salad and adding the cut up grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, and feta cheese fora nice salad :)

My macros are set to 40/30/30 (protein is 40). I am for at least 100 gram of protein. I do tend to fall short of my set macros for it daily.

When I did my reset, I was eating between 2000 and 2100. I did it for 6 weeks.

Really? I guess that scares me because when I did my reset, I was eating at about what you say my cut should be and I gained up to 184 from 177.

I do find myself hungry still on most days too. However, I wonder if I am eating too much? I don't know....it's all way too confusing :(

The workouts I do are mostly circuit training/boot camp type, so they vary, but pretty much go from a circuit of cardio to a circuit with weights. I wish I had an HRM, but I don't. On the day that I do a 45 minute circuit training workout, I do go below my BMR, but I do eat up to my BMR on those days. Just not on the…

I did an 8 week reset and began my cut about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I had gained around 5 lbs. during the reset. I'm very happy to say that I've lost the whole 5 lbs.
