Hamstring Injury- Help!

2 weeks ago, I pulled my hamstring. It started to heal and then I reinjured it somehow. I believe it's a grade 2 pull. I am doing R.I.C.E. therapy for it and it's working well. I am frustrated, however, that I can't do my normal workouts! I normally do 30-45 minutes of some sort of workout video (either one I already have like Jillian Michaels or on YouTube). Any ideas on what I CAN do? I know I need to let this heal and that it will take time, but I don't want to undo all the work I've done so far. Thank you in advance!
