I know how you feel when I started I was 296 lbs I now weigh 219 lbs but I still see the big person in the mirror. It is very hard and confusing to keep going. My family tries to help but sometimes I don't let them in. Keep up your hard work and dedication and it will pay off because I am hoping it does the same for me.
