I really struggle In The mornings too and thyroid has been under control with medication for years! I find if I workout in the morning I need a nap about 10/11 which isn't great when working or looking after kids! I workout at night which isn't always ideal but at least I can go straight to bed after x

Can you not claim housing benefit?Or go down to housing and declare yourself homeless?Even a hostel would be better then £1 a day for food. You could buy pasta or rice and cereal and live on that if you have to - 2x big pasta £3, cereal £1, milk £1, tomato pasanta 72p for 3 small cartons and £2 for maybe bread and soft…

Hey I'm in the Uk and do running but I've only done a 5k race and aiming to run the whole 5k without walking any (nearly there) also I'm quite a shorty at 5'4... Plan on doing a 10k race next year :)

Thanks everyone, looks like I should aim for 1.5-1.75lbs a week :) Least I know I might only lose 22lb so won't be too upset if I don't lose more. Edited to add well done to everyone who has achieved this :)

I already have my dress and it fits perfectly at the moment (didn't want to get a smaller size just in case I didn't lose enough) Booked in for alterations 3 weeks before so if I do lose the dress can be taken in :) a bit worried as its a zip up so if i lose in those 3 weeks might have the same problem of the dress falling…

In your food diary if you type in breast feeding it comes up. For the 1st 6 months you need an extra 500 calories a day :)

I'm on day 3 and I seem to be better then yesterday bu knackered now and my arms feel heavy - hopefully it will be worth it! Thanks Danbi for the advice, concentrated on doing them on how Jillian said which seemed to be harder so I must of been doing them wrong
