I'm 53, 5'2. I need to lose 30 lbs to reach my first goal. Im the only "dedicated" one in the home. Of course they all say they are going to eat better, but nobody has started.

Hello, I'm 50, and you can add me. I'm on daily. My goal is to lose 50 lbs in small increments. After losing 40 lbs using MFP, my mom passed away and here came 30 of that back. Now I'm starting over. I live in a very hot State so motivation for outdoor activity is extremely limited. We can CRUSH THIS!!

My daughter in law is lactose intolerant. I buy the grated lactose free cheese for our pizzas. Taste like regular cheese.

I use a spiral veggie slicer with zuchinni in place of actual spaghetti. I'll saute them in coconut oil and then add shrimp and lightly salt to taste. Amazing. I also use cornstarch instead of flour when making gravy.

I've been wondering which is best to mix my protein powder with. Directions say to mix with milk or water. I've been using water since I'm trying to lose weight. I'm eating my meals daily so I'm using my protein shake as a snack of sorts.
