I was there for the last 3 weeks. I weighed myself yesterday and was over 2 pounds lighter. Oh, the joy!! Oh, the excitement!! I'm nowhere near my ultimate goal but it feels good to know I'm doing something right. Wishing you all continued success!

I am mainly a water drinker. Today my family and I went out to eat and I had my first Coke Zero! I must admit, it wasn't too bad. I love Coke, but really didn't want to waste my calories on fluids today. I'll definitely drink it again.

Pizza for breakfast. Cookies for lunch. Ice cream for dinner. EVERYDAY!

I don't think a light snack after a pm workout will hurt. When I think of not eating after 7 or 8p, I think more along the lines of heavy foods or big meals. I have a snack after 8pm a few times a week and I'm losing weight just fine. Best of luck to you!

Don't fret! You ate the ice cream, I bet it was good, so just smile tomorrow is a new day. I eat ice cream too, I LOVE IT!! A friend of mine told me about Skinny Cow ice cream, I save some room in my calories just for a nice treat. You're working hard and deserve a treat, you ate 2 servings...NOT 2 PINTS. NO WORRIES!!

I only weigh myself once a week. I set a goal to lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks and want to make sure I'm staying on track. I think weighing more frequently would just drive me crazy because weight can fluctuate so much from day to day.
