  • I survived but heck i gonna be sore tomorrow morning ;0) got to admit I took more than 30sec break they give you and needed for Max interval Circuit & fit test 100 minutes and only burned 556 calories, so not looking forward to tomorrows workout :embarassed: How is the rest of the "Team Insane" doing?

  • Hey typ in the workout you done by insanity I have started to write the workout and burned calories in "create exercise" I am 5 foot 4 and 125 lbs maybe this helps you some

  • trish, i am not an expert but i believe the day rest is for your own good lol maybe you can do it in the evening or when your kids are in bed unless you work nights. But unless you do this every day i don't think this one time will hurt :flowerforyou:

If you can do it in the morning A) you more motivated than in evening and B) you feel.great during the day. Also have a protein drink or glass of milk right after helps against being sore.
