My Kryptonite is definitely ice cream! Before I started on MFP I used to go to the store and buy a whole pint of ben and jerry's or haagen dazs and eat the whole thing! I can't have it in the house now or I know I'll do exactly the same thing again. I can't seem to stop at just one serving.
