Thats what I read too but here's the screen shots

I was speaking about myself really. I was never into running, just weights and walking, It was steps I was after and calorie total. Trackers are useless for weights and as you say the calorie total was not accurate and neither were the steps really, so for me it was kind of a pointless device. I was after it more for…

US Navy is about 3% off for me

I have fast food and junk every weekend, been the same weight for the past 2 years. I eat clean during the week which allows me to go a bit mad at the weekends. Yesterday I had a cooked breakfast, burger and fries for dinner, bar of chocolate last night, today had a roast dinner with ice cream, i weigh every Wednesday…

Good luck to everyone. I'm off it 18 months now and no regrets.

Thanks all, more layers just seem to be the key and a hat, I need a good hat but preferably one that doesn't make me look like a Russian operative.

I added a couple of you, feel free to add, jonesdavid81@icloud.com I'm new to Apple watch so take it easy on me lol

Very odd indeed.

I'm thinking perhaps the best solution is just to accept this is how it is at the moment and I can't do a damn thing to change it so just accept it and stop stressing about it.

If I wake say 3am, I'll listen to a podcast or something in bed, By the time the alarm goes off at 5am I could fall asleep again but have to get up, then you're knackered all day, you are looking forward to bed at 8-9pm you think this is gonna be an epic sleep but alas same thing happens again
-
Accepted. Hope you get better soon.

Ah the exercise became quite obsessive which apparently is a bad thing, It lead to tired but wired. At the moment I lift weights 4-5 times per week, takes about 45 mins per session, then at the weekends I just go for a couple of nice 5k walks, nothing very exciting. But then when I take my work into play, I am a trademan…

Yeah I think this is the best course of action but I know she'll try to force pills down my throat before hand, cheaper to throw pills at the problem.

I dont drink alcohol at all. Gave it up 18 months ago but yes used to do that to me too.
-
Don't take caffeine anymore as it tends to make me anxious and gives skipped heart beats
-
It gives me fatigue to be honest

Its certainly easy to slip into old habits. I discovered even after 4 years my old habits never left and were lingering for an opportunity like this to reappear and they surely did. I have a bad food addiction, I can't moderate anything, I can't have 1 piece of chocolate, no one piece of chocolate opens the flood gates and…

Yes thats exactly how I thought, no point maintaining until things get back to normal. I think with stepping on those scales I had been avoiding really woke me up
-
True I should not have used a compound movement as an example, say a curl or skullcrusher, same thing I guess, you can go past a point where the bicep or tricep is the main focus even though you can lift the weight
-
True, BP maybe wasn't the best example. Something like a Bicep Curl say, there is a point you can go past where you pulling in delts and the rest, sure you may be able to lift the weight but you are not getting full focus on the bicep

Well PPL is the original hypertrophy program.

Yes I would, Even now with a T-shirt on I look small and fine. Given what I have told you thus far how much would I be able to bulk up to before cutting? 180-190? Or would it just depend on what the mirror says?
-
I've always been scared of bulking, being a former fat guy I am scared of getting fat again mainly because the initial cut I had was so painful. It is a fear I need to get over and it may be the part of the puzzle I am missing as recomping doesn't really do much
-
Vanity loss is a great way of looking at it, By most peoples standards I do look fine but not my own.
-
Yeah its kind of went to pot this year. The past 3 years tracked everything so I got pretty good at guestimating but I monitored the scales closely and they haven't really budged.
-
I'm like 18/19% Yes the one baffling question has always been how is this possible, I shouldn't be that level of BF for that height and weight. I put it down to extremely crap body fat distribution, Skinny everywhere bar the stomach and chest.
-
Could do that, that would probably make it 0.8g per lb weight
-
I've never really done any cardio. Perhaps that's the missing link. I go for a walk/hike on Saturday but it's not exactly very taxing. Perhaps I need something like that? Ok I clock up around 15000 steps per day with work so am fairly active that way but I've been doing that for so many years my body's adapted to that.…

Not really. We'll protein can't really change. The other two could
