It isnt a diet, it's a lifestyle :) I make sure to log everyday in order to be honest with myself. Before I used to skip weekends because they were usually filled with unhealthy food but now I just give myself snacks I like daily instead of waiting for the weekend and it seems to work!

I've been doing the boost metabolism for a month and just started extreme shed and shred a couple of days ago. I'm scared to continue as well since ny thighs did get bigger because of the muscle. :(

Its very difficult eating healthy in college but it can be done! I just finished my freshman year and honestly I almost ate the same thing every day since there isnt much to chooe from if eating healthy. Buy your own healthy snacks and take advantage of all the fruit they have! For breakfast I ate either oatmeal or eggs.…

Thanks I think i'll try cutting back on the wheat bread! I love it but It probably is making me feel bloated. I'm really trying to up my calorie intake but after eating all of this I feel full and don't deprive myself at all.

I'm in love with crystal light so I highly reccomend it! Just get the new crystal light, the one without the artificial sugar! Only 10 cal per water bottle and tastes awesome !

According to my nutritionist the minimum we should be eating to loose weight is 1600 calories. This is a problem for me too because I'm always under my calorie goal yet I get my 2 cups of fruits and veggies, my grains, and enough dairy on a daily basis.
