I know that over exercising is clearly unhealthy but how exactly does it hinder weight loss if more exercising is supposed to burn more calories? (I don't over exercise I'm just curious to know)

I agree with the above comment, you're being ambitious. When I was 120 lbs (also 5'1 and 19) I was very fit.

Back on Induction again. Day one for me is today! All support is appreciated! I failed at induction before because I tried to prolonge it and honestly, what got me off track were the bars :/ They brought all my cravings back! But back at it again, good luck everyone! CW: 144 lbs. GW:120

Thanks guys that makes me feel so much better! I did see the scale up 2 pounds but I know that's just water weight :). Lately it's been very hard for me to stay motivated, especially when everyone around me LOVES eating anything they want.

Day 5! These days I've always had 20-30 net carbs but that should still be okay, right? I'm really enjoying my meals and trying not to eat the same thing every day to not get bored of food. I made the mistake of saying I was doing the atkins diet to my friends and immediately they're like noooo your body needs carbs blah…

Day 3 of restarting induction after I cheated over the weekend! (Vodka haha). 2 weeks ago in induction I lost 5 lbs, now I need 15 more til my goal weight! Hope it happens soon :).

I kinda cheated yesterday so I'd love to start over haha. In my 2 weeks of induction I went from 141lbs to 136 lbs. Goal weight is 120lbs. Lets do this!

Thank you all very much! I actually did the protein pancakes today for breakfast, extremely low on carbs but I guess since I got that "bread" feeling it brought my carb cravings back a little :/ Well tomorrows another day!
