I find that I lose my appetite after not eating enough for more than a couple of days (because my body gets used to it).
-
Please eat more!

The weight gain is due to water retention.

Its not a big deal unless it goes away completely for about 6 months (according to my doctor).

Don't listen to this girl's advice! According to her other posts (and this one for that matter) she has serious issues with food! This advice is not healthy. Enjoy your cake! :)

I don't think you do. I think the calorie intake is the most important part, and also hitting your macros. I'm on week 2 of insanity and I'm not really following the meal plan, just trying to up my calorie intake. Good luck!

Im not sure why your period changes but my doctor said I shouldnt be concerned unless it completely stops for about 6 months. Hope this helps!

If I were you I'd try group therapy. That's what I'm doing right now (my problem isn't binge eating, more like being afraid to eat more). So far, it's really helping me because I don't feel so alone and It helps to see that other girls are going through the same thing you're going through. Trust me, you don't wanna be…

Pass since you're a girl lol :p

Well the same thing happened to me. I lost the weight easily at first and was very happy with my body for a while until the weight crept back on and now here I am, loosing the weight again, slowly. I realized I gained it all back because the first time I lost the weight it wasn't in the healthiest way (low calorie intake,…

Please have TONS of energy! I've taken les mills classds many many times and I hated the days that I got stuck eith this one instructor who was so monotone. My favorite instructor was always smiling and energized!

I'm 5'1 and 138lbs, Ill add you! :)

I agree with this. When I want to look my best and drop water weight I stop working out for a couple of days so my body will release the water its retaining.

I stopped getting my period altogether for a little over 6 months from overexercising and under eating. Although I enjoyed not getting my period (of course every girl would) I know getting a monthly period is a sign of health! If girls don't get period it somehow affects our bone density and gives you a greater risk of…

These are all estimates so you don't have to EXACTLY be at your calorie goal everyday, as long as your around it. There's no way to EXACTLY know how much you burn or consume, all we can do is estimate. So as long as your estimate is around your calorie goal, you should be good.

I used the bars a couple of times for lunch which were delicious but sadly not filling :/

Taking cycle classes always help my thighs look sexy!

You ate around the same amount that I eat every day. Just letting you know, a lot of people are going to tell you that you need to eat more. I'm currently in the process of attempting to higher my calorie intake. I suggest you calculate your tdee and eat 20% under it for weight loss. To calculate your tdee, look it up in…

I agree! Sometimes I just eat out of boredom so chewing gum definetly keeps my mouth busy!

Okay thanks for the response! Well I just did Pure Cardio today and it was killer! I had to stop a couple of times (but finished!) because I thought I was going to puke (but I didnt!). Plyometric circuit tomorrow, can't wait! (By the way I don't use a heart monitor, does anyone know of a good online calculator to try and…
