Almost the same thing hsppened to me, I lost my period for about 6 months. Basically I got it back by decreasing my workouts for about 2 months because they were way too intense compared to my food intake. Best of luck!

Thanks ladies this information is very useful. I eat fish quite alot so im sure its not iron deficiency. I snack alot during the day on fruits and veggies that I dont log on mfp so I usually hit my 1600cal mark.

From reading many other threads (i considered doing the whole low carb diet thing too), many people said that once they ate a bowl of pasta they gained everything back. Basically, don't do anything you can't stick to because you'll just gain the weight back.

The same thing started happening to me about a month ago but instead of not working out to her videos, i stretched a bit more and went easier on the squats and lunges. After about 2 weeks my knees felt much better and i do RI30 daily!

Don't worry! Your body is probably just retaining water weight from starting a new exercise! In 2 weeks your body should be used to the new routine and the water weight should be down. (By the way, after reading many threads on the 30ds, I've noticed this is very common for this workout so don't freak out and be patient!)…

I LOVE cookies and had the same problem. Someone suggested I just stuff my face with cookies so I can get sick of them. Sounds horrible but hey it worked! (I didn't eat THAT many to add up to 3500 cal but I ate enough to make me feel sort of disgusted of how much I ate)

If you find it too easy try extreme shed and shred, it leaves me completely sore every single time!

an egg in the morning is definetly the way to go! It keeps me full for longer thanks to all that protein, a great way to start the day!
