Yikes! that's kind of scary. i'd expect it for someone like me who isn't active but you're always active! is the VOG bad lately (i haven't checked the weather in a few days) I know last time the vog was bad and I ran i had a really hard time....but i think it's def something you should get checked out! i have a love/hate relationship with my scale. the last few weeks i loved it. This week, not so much. I think i become obsessed with the numbers on it but i just can't "break up with it" b/c then it seems the weight slowly creeps back on....what to do, what to do. LOL
