My family is really big on frozen foods like. Breaded chicken patties, shrimp, etc....They are cheap and extremely bad for you.

So today my family were munching away on their breaded chicken patties all day. Now, I used to drool over it. I would eat 2-3 times the servings with no issue but today I stuck to my diet and had real baked chicken.

My brother sat next to me with his chicken patty and the smell of it hit me in the face and I asked him if he could move anyway. The smell was awful and when i actually looked at it I thought "Is that even real chicken? Why does it smell so awful?" I used to crave that kind of food and hate real food like baked chicken breasts or veggies but I happily ate my meal with no jealousy that I couldn't eat what my skinny brother was wolfing down. So, that was a little victory for me. It's nice to know that this healthy eating thing is starting to become more of a craving that just something I HAVE to do.

I also lost five pounds this week sticking to my healthy eating change ^_^. This is my first week after a hiatus. (I won't quit again, promise!)
