There is a new one, I think zip lock makes it, it has a regular container for food and a little tiny container that fits in the lid of it for dip or dressing or whatever. McAnything. I used to drive through a lot, mostly because it was fast and easy but for some reason I just craved it. I don't know if I ever really tasted anything I got at McDonalds because the last time I had something from there it was McNastified and I didn't know how I could have ever eaten there.

Yup! I do this too. If I'm still feeling like eating after a meal and I can't drop everything and go brush my teeth, I chew extra dessert delights mint chocolate chip gum. It tastes good but makes everything else taste nastified. Also, I think the minty thing helps my brain get the 'hey, we are done now' message.

I already have a bunch of tattoos on my arms, legs and chest. I'm saving my whole back, though. I want an amazing whole back piece and I'm waiting till I have a pretty, flat back to put it on. Once that's done, I better never gain weight ever again so I don't ruin it.

I think that is where it's at. Everything in moderation, including moderation. I'm going for the 80/20 thing. I'm going to eat clean 80% of my food. To me that means fresh fruit and veg, whole grains, lean meats and tofu, etc. 20% I'm going to allow myself to eat what ever kind of thing I want that fits in my calories. So…

I practically live in the pool... Any exercise you can do on land you can do in the water. I use water weights and jog and box at the same time in about 4 feet of water. you can also jog in water, treat water in deeper water, do pushups on the side of the pool, do pull ups on the ladder bars, do jumping, squats, jacks,…
